8.2.3.3.2. Placing Points roll over for two seasons
example: a manager had finished 11th in 2023 (5 points), 9th in 2024 (3 points), and 3rd in 2025 (0 points); at the end of the 2025 season, they would have 3 placing points (3 + 0 = 3); the 5 from 2023 would no longer be counted
8.2.3.4. Tie-breaker
(1) Most infraction points in 3-year span
(2) Most infraction points in most recently completed season
(3) Worst finisher in most recently completed season
8.2.4. Managers who qualified for the playoffs and have no infraction points in the most recently completed season will be safe from relegation regardless of their total points
note: all League Two managers will start the 2026 season with 0 points; this means that the earliest that a manager could be relegated in the new format would be at the end of the 2028 season
8.3.1. The champion of League Two shall be promoted into League One
8.3.1.1. The League Two champion cannot decline promotion to League One -- this defeats the purpose of League Two

9.1.1. All league dues (including fees for those attending the draft) will be due no later than 11:59pm ET on August 1 before the upcoming season
9.1.1.1. If a League One manager has not paid their dues by the August 1 deadline, The Council reserves the right to replace that manager with a League Two manager (see Article 8.2.2 for replacement procedure); this also applies to League Two managers, but someone on the waitlist will replace that manager
9.1.2. League One – $150 per season per manager (total of $1,800)
9.1.3. League Two – $75 per season per manager (total of $900)
9.1.4. For league dues to change in either league, a vote of all members from League One and League Two will occur; it will require 13 yes votes, regardless of the total number of members at the time
9.1.5. When an in-person draft occurs, an additional fee determined by location and hospitality will be collected for all who choose to attend; this also covers the cost of drafting app, if necessary; this is open to managers from both League One and League Two

9.2.2.2. Payouts will be prorated by the percentage of weeks completed out of 17 total weeks in the following manner. Example:
9.2.2.3. The League One manager in last place when the NFL season was canceled will be relegated to League Two for the next season
